Silver is the most crowded rank in League of Legends, which is exactly why it feels so sticky. The good news: the habits that get you to Gold are simple and repeatable.
First, shrink your champion pool. Two or three champions per role lets you focus on fundamentals — wave management, recall timings and objective setups — instead of learning new kits every game.
Second, play for objectives, not kills. Drakes, grubs and tempo win games far more reliably than chasing a 1-for-1 across the map. Ping your team to group and let the gold lead snowball.
Finally, protect your mental. A tilt-queue loss streak is the number one reason players stall in Silver. Set a stop-loss of two losses and come back fresh.
If you want a guaranteed result, a division boost or a few duo-queue games with a Challenger partner is the fastest way to break through — and you keep learning while you climb.
